What counts as a "conversation"?

A conversation is counted each time someone starts chatting with your AI form, whether they complete it or abandon it partway through. This includes both completed submissions and partial fills. Since every conversation uses our AI (which costs us money through LLM API fees), we track all interactions.

Important: Both your conversation limit AND submission limit are checked when someone tries to start filling out your form. If either limit is reached, new conversations cannot be started until your billing cycle resets. This prevents users from wasting time filling out forms that cannot be submitted.

Why is the Starter plan so limited?

Unlike traditional form builders, every conversation costs us money through AI API fees. The Starter plan is designed for testing and evaluation, not production use. If you're getting value from the AI conversations, upgrading helps us keep the service running and improving.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and your new limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime with no penalties - you'll keep access until the end of your paid period.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Starter plan serves as a free trial - you can test the AI conversations and see how they work before committing to a paid plan. Once you're ready to scale up, upgrade to Bronze or higher for increased limits.
